The queen room we stayed in had a comfy bed set up nicely when we got here. It was so convenient being close to everything we wanted to see and do around here 🌟.

Comfortable location and great clean facilities. The rooms with large bathroom, a sofa pullout bed and high ceiling.

Clean, wonderful hotel, well-maintained rooms and SUPERFRIENDLY stuff. Extremely comfy beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. A huge variety of food at the excellent breakfast. They provided outstanding service. Decent view and particularly good and magnificent location really close to other restaurants, the stores, and the airport. Also, near south common mall. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

The room was kept clean and available with AC. A microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator were a nice touch. My family members and I had a pleasant stay during our 6-night visit.

Everything here was very good, I will come back. Excellent stay for two nights, loved staff and rooms. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. There was very comfy bed, a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location in a shopping area was unbeatable.

The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and nice views, and we liked having a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea facilities, the breakfast was great, and we got to check in early.

Staff very friendly, nice hot breakfast and rooms are clean and spacious.

It was hard to find the hotel as it was dark when we arrived in Edmonton.

The rooms here are spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a big bathroom, and the staff is friendly.

The lobby and exterior of front entrance were not clean, and there was no effort made during the day to clean up debris outside or dirty floor inside. There was no residential telephone book in the room or at the desk, and staff were unaware that 411 information calls were blocked from rooms, and unconcerned about helping us to find a number.

Very nice place to stay. Pet friendly, which we required. Great comfortable beds. Good location for south side shopping....restaurants within walking distance. Will stay again!

This place is conveniently located near many great restaurants and nearby popular shopping areas.

The receptionists were extremely friendly, the breakfast was very good and the service also received in the breakfast area was excellent. A very relaxed stay, I would definitely stay again, I wanted somewhere to stay not too far from the West Ed Mall and close to the airport which worked out great.

Price was great. Size and comfort of room was fantastic.

Location was awful. Getting to it from Gatway north was awful. Cleanliness needed to be better..hairs left over everywhere especially in bathroom ..yuck! Toilet ran nonstop and doors was covered in primer on various scratches. Need to be much better on the cleaning I think.
